DIRTY BLONDE are a fierce female alternative duo comprising members Ailis Mackay (vocals, guitar) and Hayley Tait (guitar, backing vocals).

Hailing from the North West of England the duo have quickly gathered pace as one of the most exciting new acts right now and were praised as ‘one of the most exciting acts to come though Radio 1’s Future Alternative'.

Finding influence in Wolf Alice, Beabadoobee, and Radiohead, she’s keen to blow the lid off any one sonic box. Esau has taken the industry by storm. Working with her live band, the North East talent has had a busy live schedule. Establishing her sound with support slots for Baby Queen, The Amazons, Upsahl and Swim School - Lizzie is at home performing on the biggest festival stages including Glastonbury (2024), BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Boardmasters & many more.

With over 2 million streams under her belt and working with the legendary Catherine Marks, Iain Berryman and long time producer / collaborator Steve Grainger, the music just keeps on flowing.
